Políticas y Términos – Visa DTV Soft Power + Curso Acreditado de Cocina Tailandesa Al inscribirte en el programa Visa DTV Soft Power + Curso de Cocina Tailandesa acreditado en Phuket ofrecido por Sky Thai Cooking, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones: 1. Inscripción en el Programa La participación en el curso de cocina tailandesa de 6 meses es obligatoria para calificar al Destino Thailand Visa (DTV). El curso está acreditado por la Autoridad de Turismo de Tailandia (TAT) y aprobado por el Ministerio de Educación de Tailandia, garantizando legalidad y reconocimiento oficial. El programa está disponible en modalidad presencial y en línea, con certificación oficial. 2. Servicios de Visa Ofrecemos preparación de documentos de visa, traducciones, verificación de cumplimiento y presentación de la solicitud eVisa en la embajada tailandesa. La Visa DTV de 5 años con entradas múltiples es emitida únicamente por las autoridades migratorias de Tailandia. Aunque mantenemos una tasa de aprobación superior al 98%, la decisión final depende de la embajada e inmigración tailandesa. 3. Políticas de Pago Paquete Básico desde 12,000 ฿ (no incluye tarifa gubernamental). Paquete Estándar (Servicio completo) desde 52,000 ฿, incluye tasas gubernamentales, revisión legal y gestión integral del proceso. Los pagos son reembolsables únicamente en caso de rechazo de visa, excluyendo la tarifa gubernamental no reembolsable (340 USD). 4. Agregar Familiares y Dependientes Es posible añadir miembros de familia (adultos) con un costo adicional desde 25,000 ฿ por persona. Política de Reembolsos y Reprogramaciones En caso de rechazo de la visa, se garantiza reembolso completo (menos la tarifa gubernamental). Los cursos pueden reprogramarse hasta 1 año (paquete básico) o hasta 4 años (paquete estándar). 6. Cumplimiento y Legalidad El programa es 100% legal, respaldado por instituciones oficiales tailandesas.
