Policy and Terms – DTV Visa Thailand + Accredited Thai Cooking Course 1. Eligibility and Enrollment To join the program and apply for a DTV Visa Thailand (Destination Thailand Visa), participants must: Be at least 18 years old. Officially enroll in the government-accredited Thai cooking course in Phuket (available online and offline). Meet the requirements set by the Thai Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Education. 2. Payments and Refunds Basic Package: 12,900 ฿ (course fee only). Standard Package: 52,000 ฿ (includes government visa fee, legal support, and full processing). Family Member Add-On: 25,000 ฿ (adult dependent). Refund Policy: Full course fee is refundable if the DTV visa is denied, excluding the non-refundable government visa fee of $340 USD. 3. Services Included When enrolling in the program, participants receive: A 6-month accredited Thai cooking course certified by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Ministry of Education. Official school documentation: Letter of Acceptance, Certificate of Accreditation, Invoice, and Payment Confirmation. Visa preparation and support including embassy forms, translations, compliance checks, and legal review. Step-by-step assistance with DTV visa application submission. Optional financial sponsorship or loans to meet the 500,000 ฿ bank balance requirement. 4. Participant Responsibilities Participants must appear at their local Thai Embassy or Consulate for visa submission. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful documents. Any breach of course or visa regulations may result in termination of program eligibility. 5. Legality and Accreditation The Thai cooking course is 100% legal, accredited, and certified by the Thai government. The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV Soft Power Visa), launched in 2024, legally allows foreigners to live in Thailand for up to 5 years through approved cultural and educational programs. All documents and processes comply with the laws of the Ministry of Education, TAT, and Thai Immigration. 6. Limitations and Disclaimers The provider is not responsible for visa denial caused by: Submission of false or incomplete documents. A participant’s negative immigration history. Embassy rejections outside the provider’s control. Packages do not include airfare, accommodation, meals, or personal expenses. 7. Renewals and Extensions The Thai cooking course and the DTV visa can be renewed annually for 12,000 ฿ per year, covering an additional 180-day extension. Extensions can be processed at the Immigration Office, by performing a border run, or through a fast-track option.
