Policy and Terms – DTV Visa Thailand + Accredited Thai Cooking Course 1. Eligibility and Enrollment To join the program and apply for a DTV Visa Thailand (Destination Thailand Visa), participants must: Be at least 18 years old. Officially enroll in the government-accredited Thai cooking course in Phuket (available online and offline). Meet the requirements set by the Thai Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Education. 2. Payments and Refunds Basic Package: 12,900 ฿ (course fee only). Standard Package: 52,000 ฿ (includes government visa fee, legal support, and full processing). Family Member Add-On: 25,000 ฿ (adult dependent). Refund Policy: Full course fee is refundable if the DTV visa is denied, excluding the non-refundable government visa fee of $340 USD. 3. Services Included When enrolling in the program, participants receive: A 6-month accredited Thai cooking course certified by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Ministry of Education. Official school documentation: Letter of Acceptance, Certificate of Accreditation, Invoice, and Payment Confirmation. Visa preparation and support including embassy forms, translations, compliance checks, and legal review. Step-by-step assistance with DTV visa application submission. Optional financial sponsorship or loans to meet the 500,000 ฿ bank balance requirement. 4. Participant Responsibilities Participants must appear at their local Thai Embassy or Consulate for visa submission. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and truthful documents. Legality and Accreditation The Thai cooking course is 100% legal, accredited, and certified by the Thai government. The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV Soft Power Visa), launched in 2024, legally allows foreigners to live in Thailand for up to 5 years through approved cultural and educational programs. All documents and processes comply with the laws of the Ministry of Education, TAT, and Thai Immigration. 6. Limitations and Disclaimers The provider is not responsible for visa denial caused by: Submission of false or incomplete documents. A participant’s negative immigration history. Embassy rejections outside the provider’s control. Packages do not include airfare, accommodation, meals, or personal expenses. 7. Renewals and Extensions The Thai cooking course and the DTV visa can be renewed annually for 12,000 ฿ per year, covering an additional 180-day extension. Хочу поделиться своим опытом оформления DTV визы в Москве. Это было настоящим испытанием! Все агенты предлагали дорогие, серые и крайне сомнительные схемы «под ключ». Но я твердо решила сделать всё абсолютно легально, чтобы потом, живя в Таиланде, не иметь никаких проблем с законом (начиталась отзывов и прекрасно понимаю, что подобные «схемы» в Таиланде накрываются каждые три года). ​В качестве основания для подачи я выбрала курсы тайской кулинарии. Меня отговаривали абсолютно все: агенты, к которым я обращалась, и даже кассирша при оплате консульского сбора в посольстве — она прямо говорила, что шансов нет. ​Оплата консульского сбора — это вообще отдельный квест. Мне отказывали в приеме оплаты 3 раза! Каждый раз приходилось возвращаться и дорабатывать документы: ​Банковская выписка: не подошла ни по форме, ни по срокам выдачи — заставили всё переделывать. ​Срок обучения: когда выяснилось, что у меня годовой курс, касса отказалась принимать оплату. Потребовали подтверждение курсов на весь срок действия визы, то есть на 5 лет! ​Сначала я очень расстроилась, ведь за годовой курс деньги уже были уплачены. Но школа пошла мне навстречу, и я просто доплатила за их специальную программу на 5 лет. После серии скандалов, жалоб, споров и выполнения всех требований касса наконец-то сдалась и приняла документы! ​Затем последовало несколько дополнительных запросов: снова обновить банковскую выписку, предоставить доп. документы от школы и подтверждение полной оплаты курса на 5 лет. ​И вот, спустя 26 дней мучений, мою DTV визу одобрили на 5 лет! ​Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить Джантиме из Sky Thai Cooking — она помогла мне пройти всю эту каторгу и не сдаться. ​Вывод: Всё возможно! DTV визу по Soft Power (Кулинария) в Москве выдают. Никого не слушайте и просто четко выполняйте все требования, которые предъявляет сотрудник на кассе в Генеральном консульстве Таиланда в Москве.

Ho ottenuto il mio visto DTV tramite l’Ambasciata thailandese a Roma per un corso di cucina thailandese. Mi sono trovato benissimo con Sky Thai Cooking! Mi hanno fornito subito tutti i documenti necessari per la domanda. L’ambasciata mi ha chiesto solo un estratto conto aggiornato degli ultimi 3 mesi e qualche documento aggiuntivo da parte della scuola, ma alla fine è andato tutto bene. Sono molto soddisfatto dell’esperienza!

Pomyślałem, że opiszę swoje doświadczenie, bo może przyda się komuś, kto również planuje składać wniosek. Kilka szczegółów: - Ambasada: Tajlandii w Warszawie - Czas oczekiwania: 10 dni Dokumenty, które złożyłem: - Potwierdzenie miejsca zamieszkania - Wyciąg z konta bankowego - Potwierdzenie zapisu na kurs w Sky Thai Cooking - Zaświadczenie o niekaralności Ambasada poprosiła mnie później o dwa dodatkowe dokumenty: - Skan wszystkich stron paszportu - Potwierdzenie płatności za kurs bezpośrednio od organizatora Po uzupełnieniu dokumentów wiza została zatwierdzona! I got my DTV visa through help of Avitip agency and course of Sky Thai Cooking School and the whole process was incredibly smooth. I applied at the Thai Embassy in Savannakhet, Laos, and everything was well organized and easy to follow. I also absolutely loved the cooking classes at their sea farm restaurant facilities. We harvested fresh green mussels and lobster directly from the sea and then learned how to cook authentic Tom Yum and other Thai dishes. Each class is small, with only 8 students from different countries around the world, which makes the experience much more personal and enjoyable. All classes are taught in English, and the staff and instructors are very friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire experience.
