Payments and Refunds Basic Package: 12,900 ฿ (course fee only). Standard Package: 52,000 ฿ (includes government visa fee, legal support, and full processing). Family Member Add-On: 25,000 ฿ (adult dependent). Refund Policy: Full course fee is refundable if the DTV visa is denied, excluding the non-refundable government visa fee of $340 USD. 3. Services Included When enrolling in the program, participants receive: A 6-month accredited Thai cooking course certified by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Ministry of Education. Official school documentation: Letter of Acceptance, Certificate of Accreditation, Invoice, and Payment Confirmation. Visa preparation and support including embassy forms, translations, compliance checks, and legal review. Step-by-step assistance with DTV visa application submission. The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV Soft Power Visa), launched in 2024, legally allows foreigners to live in Thailand for up to 5 years through approved cultural and educational programs. All documents and processes comply with the laws of the Ministry of Education, TAT, and Thai Immigration. 6. Limitations and Disclaimers The provider is not responsible for visa denial caused by: Submission of false or incomplete documents. A participant’s negative immigration history.
